Splashed White

Duke (MFT) owned by Wendy Normand.

Sonny (MFT) owned by Wendy Normand. Minimal Splashed White. Blaze is heavier toward the bottom and one side. Rear socks are even and higher than front.

Duke's half brother Damian and his dam (a minimal splash). Owned by Wendy Normand.

Glenhaven Sweet Souie Souie (Welsh Sec A) owned by Sara Bosch. So Bright Horse Sports

Splashed White with Sabino

Dandardel War Bonnet (Welsh) owned by Ronnie Ellison of Winnsboro, Texas. This is a very highly expressed Splashed White that also shows the jagged edge associated with the Sabino patterns.

The Promise Cheyenne (Welsh) owned by Ronnie Ellison of Winnsboro, Texas.  This is another flashy Splash that I am listing here due to the too jagged edge, colored rear gaskin, and large patch of white under the jowl. This is a good example of Splash crossing the top line.

Lord Douglas (American Paint Horse) of Danger Ranch. Lacey edge and eyeliner are caused by Sabino. Tip of tail is white but does not show in photo.

Strait Tuff Lady (APHA) owned by Frank and Melissa Keathley  Hidden Creek Estate, Gladewater, Tx. The moustache and disconnected white are signs that Sabino is also present.

Brick of Danger Ranch. Minimal Splashed White and Sabino blaze.

Splashed White and Tobiano

No examples available at this time. If you have a horse with obvious Splash and Tobiano characteristics that has no mustache, eyeliner, or roaning I would appreciate a good photograph. A negative LWO test would also be helpful.

Splashed White and Frame Overo

No examples available at this time. If you have a horse with obvious Splash and Frame characteristics and no obvious characteristics of Sabino that has tested positive for LWO I would appreciate a good photograph.

Splashed White, Tobiano, and Sabino

Maestro (PtHA)  of CW Warpaint Ranch. Splash has completly removed his flank patches and sabino has left "eyeliner" around both eyes. Good example of how multiple patterns can make a horse mostly white. This horses has one blue and one brown eye.

Sassys Class Act (American Paint Horse) of Danger Ranch.  The moustache is caused by the interaction between Splash and Sabino.

CC's Calico Kitten (MFT) of Tumbling Heart Ranch.  Note similarity to Sassys Class Act. The moustache is very large on this mare. The roan area is Sabino roaning.

Love (APHA) owned by Frank and Melissa Keathley  Hidden Creek Estate, Gladewater, Tx. Lots of eyeliner and face spots.
